About Us

ID Computing is was founded in 2003 and is based at the rtc Business Park in Derby. There are many railway related businesses on site and many of our more technically challeneging projects delivered over the years have been for the rail industry. To help support Derby and the surrounding region as a centre of excellence for rail, we are proud members of the Derby and Derbyshire Rail Forum.

Directors
	Ian Duffy graduated from University of Cambridge with an MA in Theoretical Physics, He has been a professional software developer since 1991 and helped to develop many interesting railway monitoring systems for BR Research and AEA Technology before setting up ID Computing in 2003.
